Help me out guys, my memory is blurry. Do we list our seven undrafted guys first on our draft list and the 18 we drafted last?

One last question; do we have to draft the guys we already selected or can we let somebody we picked go and draft somebody who wasn't picked?

Any player who has a card must be on your draft card, unless somehow that would take you over 100 mil (I doubt it).

Basically add in every player you drafted that has a card, then pick the other 7 cards top fill in the gaps.
