How can you tell if a league allows owning Multiple Teams ?

I am a member of the league in question. I too am concerned about the apparent collusion. A few comments/questions regarding this string of emails:

1) I have been in several $200mm leagues in ATG and have never seen collusion like this. I have seen one or two message board strings regarding this but it seems rare to me. Am I just naive? Blind?

2) I always enjoy the occasional $200mm league specifically because it permits easier trading among teams. Trading is fun!

3) Someone above wrote that advances leagues permit multiple owners? What is he talking about? That's not right - is it?

BTW, I don't think I am going to track down Bernie on this one. I'm just going to focus on beating these guys.
