I assumed that due to alot of the posts in this thread that it initially was a joke. Figured it would have to be considering we all knew going into this that it was a long term project.

We all signed up here knowing there was going to be a delay waiting for the cards. I don't understand how trying to put a time restriction and ultimatum on it now when someone is out of town is going to help or change anything.

We've been waiting, we have 11 teams in when we get the 12th were good to go.

I'm out of town from Sunday through all of next week. I won't have access to a computer, i'll miss waivers most likely until Saturday I haven't made any threats or appeals to change things. Its the way it is and rather than attempt to change things for 11 other people or ruin things for everyone i'm accepting of that.

But to each his own everyone handles things their own ways but doing what your talking about doing ruins this entire process. And there will be no way to fix it.

When we participate in a pre-card draft, it's just that. Before the cards ever come out. Of course we all knew this was going to be awhile till we could start up.

We all waited for the cards to come out. Being veterans we kinda know that mid March is when the new game is released. Bernie also chimed in and told us as well.

I have no problems waiting. That we knew going in.

We didn't know we would have to wait longer to start the league.

Thats a threat. Your implying if things don't move at your pace your possibly going to leave.

And what i'm saying is whats the point in even saying something like that when its out of everyones control. Devil will be back the 23rd. I'm sure time willing he'll get in. What if he comes back and he has another personal issue or problem to address? Real life comes first.

Why say something like that? Sure we all want to get the league going thats understandable. But saying your thinking of dropping out makes no sense. And considering i'm sure were all looking forward to seeing how our draft turns out i'm a bit bothered you'd talk about dropping out and wrecking it for everyone.

It would really suck if you pulled out now, Visick, we've all aready bought our teams and loaded them. Here's hoping DevilRage can get his team in quickly and we start Monday and, if not, you can hang in one more week.

Well then the thing to do is say "Guys...life comes first. I can't do it".

Very understandable.

Things don't have to move at MY pace, just the pace of the other 10 managers. Had I known that we wouldn't be starting this league at the earliest possible time up front, I wouldn't be complaining.
