All About the Benjamins Tournament thread

1. Leagues
A four round, autodraft, DH tournament.

2. Stadiums
Each round will have a specific stadium that every team must play in. I went with four disparate stadiums:

Round 1 - Royals Stadium (16, 2) all singles, no homers
Round 2 - Jack Murphy (0, 16) no singles, all homers
Round 3 - Kingdome (8, 18) all offense
Round 4 - Astrodome (10, 2) all pitching


3. Division Assignments
The first round was determined by Pick 3, Rounds 2-4 were determined by a pattern that Rooks came up with on the old boards (see the division assignments in the next few posts).

4. Rankings
Rankings will be determined by a point system that emphasizes consistent performance over the course of the tournament.

12 points for the best record down to 1 point for last place.*
1 bonus point for each of the following:

Making the playoffs
Making the finals
Winning the finals

*Ties will be broken as follows: Team in the division with most total wins, Head to Head record, Run Differential (Runs Scored - Runs Allowed). If there's still a tie, we'll award half points.

5. Championship
If we can get enough managers, the Top 12 will play a single round to determine the champion. The Top 12 will be determined by the 12 highest point totals. Ties will be broken as follows: Total wins from all 4 rounds, Total Run Differential over all 4 rounds, Pick 3.
