You team needs some work, here is what I suggest:

C - May - good
1B - Jackie - get Luderus
2B - Nellie
3B - get Rolfe
SS - get Yount (ASAP)
LF - Keller
CF - Snider
RF - Kiki

Great OF, good 2B, good catcher value. You want 2 LHs that can hit 30+ HRs (Snider and May) and 1 RH which would be Yount. Pickup Burns at play 1B against HARD LHs like Key, 3L or harder.

Spend the rest on pitching, pickup the Cup for Lefferts and Tippy Mart for Baum.

SPs:

Kaat - keep
upgrade Gura to McGregor
Get better RHs, Lonborg was one I saw, Sutton, Seaver, Palmer are ideas, cash dependent

Lineup:

Kiki
Keller
Snider
Yount
Rolfe
Ludes
May
Nellie

Keller, Snider, Rolfe and Ludes should all hit very well at home. You have a solid core and if you can sqeeze some decent SPs out of the budget might have a good season.
