Hey Hawk, if you're around, let me know if we still have a deal in the works in HCKL. I will be going to a workshop We-Thu-Fri and will not have as much access during the day as I've had lately.

On that note, I'm hoping to make my rnd 2 pick sometime today, tomorrow will be a bit nuts for me - all day workshop, then hightail it up to SF & meet Stoney for the Giant's game! :D

Ok guys- stop giving qksilver the whole draft. I know everyone likes him and all but that doesn't mean we have to take it easy on him...

Luke Scott, Stephen Drew and Villaneauva that's a heck of a draft, I was hoping Drew would fall to me...

Yeah, that was never gonna happen anyway DT - Sandy would have taken Drew over C Young in a heartbeat I think, you wouldn't have sniffed him! :P

Very interesting about Villanueva falling to me though, I was close to taking him with the #4 pick instead of Drew but was hoping that perception of him was as a one-year wonder (which may very well be true). Seems like that was the case, but given the state of my SPs it was an easy call for me to take best available SP for this year's set over guys with more long-term potential.

Nah I was just joking about Drew falling to me, but your draft looks great so far. Sandy and C Young pfffff. (To be quoted later when C Young turns into the next Willie Mays)

Finally got on and made a needed pick, but the scary thing is that I have to make 10 more out of what is left!

I sent proxies to Fowldawg via email, but should be on later tonight around 8/9pm West Coast time just in case.

Nice pick with B League Cube, but a little surprising considering how stacked your 'pen already was. I think you will have some willing trade partners if you want to deal him or some of your other arms - Betancourt, Howry, Heilman, Chris Ray, Soriano - plenty to choose from there!

looking to trade in

Postby qksilver69 » Tue Apr 03, 2007 11:18 pm

Thanks FD for posting my proxy.

I am looking to trade into late round 2 or early round 3. I have multiple picks in Rounds 5 & 6 and can give up a player plus a pick in one of those rounds for an upcoming pick.

Players available in such a deal:
Dave Dellucci
Nick Punto
Mark Hendrickson

I also am willing to field general interest in 2 players with higher value - Gary Matthews & Todd Helton. However for these guys I would probably want a pick swap + a player or some other equal value. Send me an email if interested.
