The Original USKL -- TSN Version 2011 (Chat Room)

No prob AFD -- I can do that -- I was waiting for the last round to get over as there are less and less now.

You are up for Round 12 now. 8)

All the other relevant threads have been updated.

[b:2dabba36af]Stoney[/b:2dabba36af], Kemp was the guy I had been trying to trade a pick for these past 3-4 rounds. I can't believe that I allowed myself to take a simple LH masher (Kielty) over ,and I can't believe no one else drafted him.

He held his own last year against ML pitching at the tender age of 20!!!

That's freaking impressive in my book, and before he hit the wall (literally) the other day, he was on pace to take the RF job outright from Ethier.

He seems to be on an exact career duplication course of another RF from about 20+ years ago -- Slammin' Sammy.

[b:2dabba36af]PS Stoney[/b:2dabba36af]; Fess up. Rollins must have given into "the juice" this year, no? 2 tonight in a losing effort vs. my (and NP's and maybe AFD's and sometimes Cubey and Chuck's) Mets and 5 so far on the season.

What gives???

Don't knock yourself. I feel like the guy should have been taken a while ago. Like I said, that was who I had been trying to trade a pick for the past 3-4 rounds.

As for your feeling like you are getting skipped, your replacement picks are coming where they are supposed to, know? After the picks that everyone else received for dropping players.

Your holes were created by post-drop trades, and thus come at the end of the regular draft. I thought we said as much a couple of days ago? :?

No sweat Sandy, just my bad that I didn't realize the skips were coming next pick, I thought I had one more round before that happened but I knew it was coming soon.

I was surprised Kemp hung around as long also. I thought early reports on him were to start in the minors so I originally had him lower on my list. Then he got the job as started well before he got hurt.

Damn, AF. I meant to pick Eckstein.

I'm around for a while if you want to bang out these picks now.

I went back and forth on Kemp. I finally opted for Baker since he was playing only after I forgot about Kemp.. The last guy who always seemed to be running into walls was KGJr, so.... Well, we shall see.
