I am pre waivers on my first RFK team and haven't seen too many returns on the pitchers parks yet.

I think everyone went hitter's parks off the get go, and are now giving the pitcher's parks a little looksie.

This league is almost exclusively pitchers parks

My Division consists of Me (RFK), an Angels, Jacobs, and a second RFK

The rest of the league has a Shea, Kauffman, Dodger, Citizens, Metrodome, AT&T, Yankee, and Miller Park.

I was wondering if anyone had any pearls of wisdom or success stories from the Pitcher Parks.

My team is pre-waivers and I have some work to do with my hitting, but my pitching is pretty solid.

There are some good values left hitting wise due to the fact the pitching was completely raked over during the draft.

I will most likely (without giving away too much) be concentrating on my CF, 2b, SS, and 1B as areas of concern.

Has anyone used Taveras??? Ramirez at SS, or D. Young in a pitcher's park and had success???

Hey Bodie ! I see way to many natural homers on some of your pitchers . Those will cost you in the end . I like Webb , he is the stud for this year thus far from what I've seen .Ryan is solid . You've got quite a few injury risks also . Matsui's IR is on an 8 ..flirting with to much time out imo . With a few changes your staff could be very good . That hitting though is a whole different animal . Get some solid hitters and with the staff it could be alot of fun .

Hey Free,

What about now, I still have a little work to do, but not sure where I want to make a change with hitting, I don't have much power, but defense is good......what to do, what to do.....

I like the infield a lot more now . I still think you need a tad better pen and OF . But who knows ! You reduced the IR very much

I don't know . You really are lacking in just about any kind of speed at all . Izturisis it and he's got horrible steal numbers . Plus nary a bunter or hit and runner. Your team is slow all around . You'll need more speed on the bases to create some run but not with this bunch . They all better hit or your in trouble . Average team speed 12.4 ....yikes!!
