I've never actually frenzied. (Woe is me.) How is the day/time of the frenzy determined?

the day the league fills, the teams are drafted that night shortly after midnight, and then the frenzy commences, everyone scrambling to remake their teams swapping out for the free agents available, first come first serve.

I just made a team and was going to join. Guess What? You are false advertising!!!! This league is setup as waivers not frenzy!!!! What's up with that?????

It does look like muttdoc set this league up with waivers, not frenzy. Oh well, should be fun anyway.
