GRIFFITH '24 THEME LEAGUE ... SIGN UP NOW!

Not sure it's been done before, but with all the "Bomber" leagues out there, I don't recall seeing a "Pitcher's" league before.

Anybody interested in an all Griffith league? Or as an alternative, perhaps a league limited to Griffith, Forbes, the Stick or the Dome?

We did something like it in ATG I. All the parks had to have less than 10 ratings on the homers, and the player pool came from the deadball era teams. It was fun. At the time, we proposed allowing hitters from outside the deadball era teams that fit the bill (ala Tony Gwynn, Wade Boggs, etc...) and letting all the pitchers in. This would be pretty fun, and you can count me in if you do it this way.

We did a league before where you couldn't have any hitters over 4M . So it was definately a pitchers league . Plus you couldn't use a park with a singles rating over 8 and hr's over 6. I think there was 13 park that fit that bill . I'd try it again but would like to have the hitters cap raised to 5M .

Seems like there would be some interest, so let's go ahead and try it.

Here's the rules:


#1 - All teams play in Griffith '24.
#2 - No restrictions on players, all hitters and all pitchers available.
#3 - $80 Million Cap with Waivers.
#4 - NO DH.

We can vote on live draft or autodraft as we sign up.

Sounds good PJ, odds are it will go the live route, probably makes more sense in this type of league anyways.
