How Cheap is Cheap?!? 2005 $60M Salary Cap League "sign up"

Hello everyone.

With prices still low on 200x games, I figure I'd try to drum up some support to play a $60 million league. Now as a manager in my 2nd year, I have yet to play at this salary cap. I know there are alot of veteran managers out there who have and rookie manager who would give it a shot if they knew there was enough interest.

So here we go.

To set the record straight, this is for Strat's 2005 game which uses the card from the 2004 season. (That would be the year the Red Sox won it all [shudders to at the thought].)
