How is the draft conducted ?...are all communications conducted on this blog...or does it revert back to our regular accounts ?....I have never participated in one of these tourney's before and it seems a bit..."ad hoc"

It's just like any other league. Round 1 in the Tour is autodraft. Fill out a draft list and hope you get the players you want.
