Yes and no.
I had really narrowed it down to three choices:
Vizquel
Halladay
Howard
I have trouble filling otu teams when I suck up too much money on a big player. I generally try to stay under 10 mil, unless there is a real solid cheapy that I don't mind playing at a position all year. (Last year it was Tavares or Sullivan in CF - haven't found that player tyet this year.)

THERES NO WAY THE SOME OF YALL ARENT GOING OVEER IN CAP ON THE DRAFT> THAT WOULD SUCK. right now you have someone with 42 mil up to 60+ mil and 14 picks left!!!
