Ugly Kid Joe League (Based on Real Teams 2007)

Orioles have some ups, I almost picked them. My favorite team is the Cardinals who don't qualify for this league, but outside of them I like the Braves and the Orioles. I thought the Braves had more to work with, but don't forget you can spend up to 4mil for guys who used to play for you. The Orioles need outfield help and some pitching. Haven't analyzed the Cubs at all, they may be much better.

The Diamondbacks have the best record left, and I would imagine more wins than a lot of teams we have taken. These theme franchise leagues are more about having fun than raising you manager rating.

I agree the Orioles are the best of whats left.... I almost looked at the Cubs for their bullpen.

Yes when your drafting just draft the Pirates that you want. You can fill in holes spending up to $4 mil. on a players that used to play for the Pirates and up to $2 mil. on a player that never played for the Pirates.

Just a clarification. He can draft non pirate players that are not on any of the teams playing in the league correct?

up to 4million for a player not carded to another team in this league, but who used to play for yours.

Cool I think I got it now. For example I can take Sean Casey(Tigers) and Craig Wilson (Yankees), but not Mesa (Rockies), because Casey and Wilson are below $4M, but since one team is the Rockies I to not have rights to Mesa.
