One of the owners in the new AL/NL theme league had a family emergency this morning and will not be able to participate in the league. The league concept is to draft one AL team and one NL team. He drafted the Cardinals and White Sox. We need an owner to replace him and take over this team. Take a look at the post for this league to see the rules and such. We may be able to complete the league today and start on Monday!

Your team could have a rotation including Bob Gibson, Tommy John & Steve Carlton! You could also have players like Lou Brock, Joe Torre, Carlos May, Luis Apariciom Julian Javier & Curt Flood.

If you need a manager I'd take the combo. Haven't read the entire threads but played alot of combo themes. Can't do anything for a few hours but I assume the draft only includes those players left over, if any, so it's not important.

Be advised - there is no draft!

The league rules are that you get the ChiSox and Cardinals and that's it. No other players are eligible to be on your team. Ever.

$100 Million with DH gives you lots of player options (some ain't so great), but I just wanted you to know upfront that no other drafts take place.

Welcome Aboard; the Cards-Sox combo is a pretty decent set to have at your General Manager disposal. Cards are a good team and the Sox offer Aparacio and some decent platoon players.
