TSN league needs 8

I always try to find some balance in my drafted teams while trying to capitalize on strengths. I'm also trying to "tour" the different ballparks. This time I'm at Veteran's Stadium. Woohoo! Haven't ever been in a league that I remember anyone using it? Here's the list to the best of memory:

Then it becomes foggy but others on the list are:

I hope I land my rotation. Though the last time I went with Clemens and Hershiser, I didn't fare too well.

Lastly, I think Comer is a square deal for a .75 cent guy. He's serviceable and when he's a dog, it's easy to unleash him. I like that he can be strong against righties in some years (like Pastore). That makes him useful as a "one out right hand guy" out of the pen.

I agree with BJS. Comer is a great 75-cent guy. I try him on almost all my teams. If you get one of his good cards, you have a really servicable fifth starter if you're going with a five-man, or an effective spot-starter/middle reliever if you're going four-man. He does have a high walk rate, even on the good cards, but for three out of five cards, he's good value for the money.

The last time I had Comer he was 13-9 with a 3.82 ERA in the regular season and 2-0 with a 2.51 ERA in the playoffs. The 81 card. Which is a tremendous card for no salary.

I had Comer's '78 card in an all-Murphy league. Not bad for 75 cents in 162 games of 1-16 BPHR's...
