Bruntlett is a a favorite of mine. Franklin Gutierrez & Geoff Blum filled in nicely as an injury subs. Gathright as a pinch runner seems to be money for me and helped win a few games. Has more stolen bases and runs than plate appearances so you know when he comes in he's filling a Dave Roberts-type role. Those few games often mean the difference between being in the playoffs or on the outside looking in.

McPherson(just as in 2006) is a very good backup 3b/DH in a hitting park. I like him with a 600 PA 3b and a Bonds/Manny or Thomas type DH, where he can fill in vs rhp's when they go down. He doesn't seem to be used a lot in 2007 like he was in 2006. Maybe better 3b in 2007. Had him do this in the Cell:
