Mop Up

Does anyone think that HAL pays any attention to the "mop up" setting?

For some reason, it seems worse with the 2007 edition, but HAL's using my cheap mop up guy whenever he wants, doesn't matter if it's a blowout or a one-run game.

I've pretty mush always found that, sometimes it's like what the &&%#, why are you using my .5 guy when I have a perfectly good reliever available.
