[quote:7fa3a39653="ehlekev"]I just talked with Doc on the phone.
He would like to take the "1962 Mets" with his next pick and then "2006 Tim Redding" as his pick in the 3rd round.
I was also very confused by this.......but Doc is under a lot of pressure with Tax day deadline coming up early next week!!

Kev[/quote:7fa3a39653]

Sheesh... I totally forgot about this..... wish you would have called me

I will select shortly.

I was shocked to wake up today and find that Doc had given up the '62 Mets and Redding for the '29 Cubs and Alexander the Great!
Even with Doc's accounting skills he will be hard pressed to get all that talent under $100 mil.
At least Marvelous Marv would have played 3B for .50.

Based on my preliminary....... I had under a mil to spare until I realized this morning in the shower I had no 3rd baseman. I now have to "rethink" my lineup....... but I still should have no problem and may have to take your advice for MArv ant 50

We had better watch Doc's team closely. He may not claim the whole $100M!! Alexander may be getting paid under the table.
In the meantime, I took Guidry and I don't have enough salary. Well at least I have the option to use him if I want.....and no can use him against me for once! :D

Now that I think about it.... I thought you told me your were a 3rd baseman back in your younger days. Can I pay you half a mil to guard the hot corner.
