Here are the final season stats for my high errors theme team, going into the finals tonight against the Sinister Nevdully's Long Balls.http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/baseball/stratomatic/atg2/playoffs/team_other.html?user_id=63946&stats=sim

It is, of course, a DH league. Fortunately, Wagner and Speaker WILL be ready to go for game one tonight. The most hair raising season was by McLain. He started the season 4-4, went to 6-15 before reeling off a streak to go to 19-17, before losing his last two starts. Fletcher made the inevitable Wagner injury breaks bearable.

I finished third in hitting, and, believe it or not, 4th in pitching. It was a slugger's league. Of course, I led the league in errors.

Some guy named Pete beat me in game 1, in which I had 0 errors, but we came back in game 2 to boot 3 on the road to victory. It occurs to me I should post Michael's team as well so you know what I am up against.

I was VERY disappointed with him for not doing a better job coordinating the name of his team with the manager's name. With Pamela Anderson at the helm, the possibilities are virtually endless for humorous names. But that is Nevdully, always more concerned about trivial things like winning when the more important issue...my amusement...is at stake.http://fantasygames.sportingnews.com/baseball/stratomatic/atg2/team/team_other.html?user_id=64228

Lost two at The Quarry...home stadium for the Things, and Babe Ruth, Frank Chance, and Johnny Kling were injured for the rest of the season. Not good. Now down 3-1, and that Pete guy pitches against me tonight.

Nope. Ruth is a 3 game injury risk.

I got 17 hits against Alexander, and scored 5 times in the bottom of the 9th to win 9-7, and send it back to the the Sack...what I think of as the home stadium for the Balls. That has to be my luck for the series.

Yup, ran out of gas in game 6. The immortal Driessward outpitched Koosman to win and finish the series. Actually, Nev's entire POS bullpen contributed to shutting me down. I have concluded that this is where he seperates from the pack, the way he handles his pitchers. He seems to get better performances from the schmoes that get hammered when I draft them.
