Be forewarned that there are at least two owners who have not used Penngray's site. They will be given some leeway early on to learn the proxy thing.

Secondly, while I abhor tardiness and lack of communication, I will give some leeway to tardiness during the first two rounds.

Lastly, I am not aware of any mechanism on Penngray's site that allows the administrator to skip the pick of those who are tardy.

I have notified smitty and daly of the need to enter or change their lottery state. If they do not then I have noted the "commissioner's" substitution.

Since Arizona became available I have given that state to the reknown Bkoron who requested a state bordering CA. He gets real bitchy if his wishes are not met.

Meanwhile I will start a thread on the league message board where I will reenter the rules and enter the lottery results.
