What does it mean that the player has to be a 3 or a 4 at every listed position? What if he is a 4 at one position but a 2 at another?

It's per the rules. It means just that; to qualify for DH, he MUST be a 3 or a 4, defensively, at every position listed on his card. If he is listed as a 1 or a 2 at any position, he can NOT be drafted as your DH.

Guys, I have a dilemma. I have a C proxy list that 13baseballs sent me two days ago. However, he really can't afford the first couple of guys at the top of his list. He has spent around 83 million on 10 players so far! If I gave him the first few guys on his list, he'd be left with about .700k per player average to spend the rest of the way. :shock: I think I will wait until his clock expires...hopefully, he will get home and check in by then, and he can make his own decision here. (He lives in Nebraska, so he's a couple of hours behind us East Coast people, I believe).
