Let's open this to the public. I don't believe I have seen a position draft in the '69 game so it should fill quickly. I will email Trich as he was with us for the last couple of moths of the TOTM.

Yes that sounds about right, well, actually 12 rounds to make it even with 1 round being a stadium pick. Although someone might not want to take a stadium with their #1 round pick, it is very important in a league like this.

Here are the positions:
C
1B
2B
3B
SS
LF
CF
RF
DH (?)
SP (must have SP designation)
RP (must have RP designation)
Stadium

The pitcher rounds can happen at any point, if you want to start a round and it be the P (any pitcher designation) then that is acceptable.

All players will be eligible at their designated positions on the TEAM PAGES.
Therfore Joe Torre is eligible at 1B, not C. for the draft purposes.

80m cap

Any suggestions?

I also would suggest this draft order to make things completely fair. Otherwise the guy picking #12 would be at a disadvantage because the 6 slimmest positions will klikely be the first 6 rds.

12 round live position draft determined by lotto.
Round 1- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
Round 2- 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Round 3- 4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 7, 8, 9
Round 4- 9, 8, 7, 12, 11, 10, 3, 2, 1, 6, 5, 4
Round 5- 5, 6, 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 7, 8
Round 6- 8, 7, 12, 11, 10, 9, 4, 3, 2, 1, 6, 5
Round7- 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 1, 12, 7, 8, 9, 10,11

Genegrid, that order seems fair to me.

Also, no DH is fine, add an extra SP spot to the list.

Remember, whoever picks first in the round, determines the round position.
