Not sure what the official cut-off point for being a "vet" is Vrabek, but after 16 teams and 3 rings, you've certainly lost your "rookie" status. :wink:
As for your success, well the odds of making the playoffs are 1 in 3, so you're a bit below the curve there. However the odds of winning a ring are 1 in 12, so you're way above the curve there.
By and large, there isn't that much difference between the "vet" leagues and the autodrafts. Major differences are probably: You won't see mis-allocation of resources on bench players; No "dumping" and incurring of the huge salary hits; Teams are comprised of players who are good fits for their parks and match-up well vs. divisional foes; There are some extremely good managers who just don't make mistakes!
If you haven't signed up in a "vet" league yet, don't worry about it. Overall, it's really a great bunch of guys in this community and they'll be happy to have you.
