On geekors list (if I counted correctly)
the 2nd number is 11,
the 9th is 16,
the 12th is 36
and the 21st is 31.

Based on the team list above:

That is correct - another random number generator will determine the ballpark you play in - unless a majority would really prefer to skip that step and just pick their own park.

I would prefer to go random on the parks. That could really screw things up. :D If we're going to have a random league, let's go all the way.
