I say let's keep the parks as a random assignment. That was the stated rule when we signed up, and fits nicely in to the RANDOMNESS theme, which attracted us to sign up in the first place. :)

Iowa and Illinois DO share the same pick 3 lottery, so one of those guys needs to choose a different state. :?
