Has the pitcher hitting card issue been solved?

Or is there no issue at all? Thought I heard from some of the conspiracy theorists that Hal was using the #1N card for everybody.

Just curious as I'm joining a No DH league and was considering looking for a SP or two that can hit a little...who knows, it could make the difference in a game or two.

Anybody know?
