[b:178203adb6]Edge[/b:178203adb6] is the admin guy, I'm just the impatient live drafter. I've never understood why it takes more than a day or two to do a live draft. If you're not gonna be available for hours at a time, either set a lot of proxies or wait for a better start date that more agrees with your schedule. There's nothing worse than a draft lasting a week or more and sucking the life out of everyone else involved.
Last year I did one live draft which went start to finish AND loaded in 18 hours. The second live draft started with a guy who declared he was leaving on a three day weekend and would not even make his first selection until the fourth day (no clock until everyone completes round one). Needless to say, there are no printable words for a situation like that.
To answer your questions:
1. The draft is 17 players and one stadium long. My comment reflects that after five or six rounds, things are pretty much decided, so set some proxies and don't make 11 people wait while you mull over whether to take Alex Gonzalez or Adam Everett.
2. Pick your stadium at any time during the draft. If you're having problems (as I am) getting the site to accept a stadium, select some useless 5e35 fifty cent player and announce your stadium pick here as [b:178203adb6]Red[/b:178203adb6] suggested (assuming no one else disagrees, if so please speak up). Hopefully [b:178203adb6]Edge[/b:178203adb6] or [b:178203adb6]Tee[/b:178203adb6] can find someone who can correct our stadium glitch.
3. After the somdraft.com draft, fill out your SOM TSN card using the eight undrafted players [b:178203adb6]first[/b:178203adb6], ranked of course how you want them prioritized. The rest of the roster (9 through 25) is your live draft selections (in any order). Someone almost always inadvertently cards a guy on someone else's roster. No biggie, just trade them to the proper team as soon as you can.
GL!
