Steve Ames (errormagnate) joined the East by mistake. Steve, You need to pull out of the league until the West starts to fill.

This is why it is generally better to only PM the password to the managers as they are supposed to join the league.

The Central teams can still join the league now. As long as the East is full you will get to the correct division. During the pause between when errormagnate pulls his team out and Bob711 joins you will have to wait however.
