I've had German or Abreu on almost everyone one of my teams. They are the only 2 players, period, who have 50+ ob chances on each side, plus the coveted * for stealing ability.

Actually, if in the right park, Mauer does too. (excpet for the Stealing, of course). :)

Oh yeah...I have them both on my Round 3 Tour team!!! With Hafner at clean up!

Actually, Abreu is just under 50 OB chances vs. LH's.

Yes, the right side of my infield will have some holes...but I think they will more than make up for it with runs baby!

Well out of 9 completed teams, 7 had German on it, 2 had Abreu (1 team had both). the only team that didn't have either was a 2 team theme league, which I have Min and Atl with Diaz leading off.

I'm sure you're right, Splinter...I just can't bring myself to play those 5s or 3s in the middle...when I last played the board game, the worst rating was 4. I can't even imagine what the 5 column looks like on the x-chart! :shock:
