Initial impressions mandziara are: 1) very right handed line-up.... succeptible to hard right handed pitching; 2) Lofton doesn't really have enough OBP for lead-off; 3) Tejada is a double play machine (31 chances on either side)... not a good #2 hitter.

It would help alot if you could post a link for your team.

Well, at first glance, and probably needing to look no further, your defense is in one word, horrid! This is not fantasy (rotissiere) baseball!! You have:

4's in each corner outfield position, coupled with a 3 or 4 in CF (platoon) and a 3 at 2nd.

Also, you have too many mediocre relief pitchers. You would have been better off, if you took the $10 you've spent on those RP's and gotten yourself a stud closer and a strong middle guy, topping them off with two cheaper guys. And, like another poster mentioned, you are very right handed and suspect to some poor results vs strong RH's.
