FAQ

Postby centerfielder17 » Mon May 28, 2007 2:10 pm

So, if I take Balt as my franchise, I put 20 Orioles on my auto draft plus 5 players I selected in rounds 2-6.

Then there is a waiver period, followed by the usual open fa period.

Do I retain the 'rights' to any Oriole fa not on my roster?

:)

YES AS LONG AS THEIR SALARIES FIT THE $80M CAP.

Then there is a waiver period, followed by the usual open fa period.

YES

Do I retain the 'rights' to any Oriole fa not on my roster?

MY INITIAL RESPONSE IS NO UNLESS THERE IS A MAJORITY THAT WOULD WANT OTHERWISE.

(1) Does any team retain rights to any free agents?

MY INITIAL RESPONSE IS NO UNLESS THERE IS A MAJORITY THAT WOULD WANT TO DO OTHERWISE.

(2) What is the rule on picking stadiums?

OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS. WOULD NORMALLY GO WITH THE STADIUM FROM THE FRANCHISE CHOSEN.

(3) How will divisions be decided?

FROM THE FRANCHISE DRAFT BASED ON LOTTERY.

EAST - 1,4,7,10
CENT - 2,5,8, 11
WEST - 3,6,9,12

I also vote for no free agent rights and that the stadium rule is set prior to the draft.
