OPEN TO SUGGESTIONS. WOULD NORMALLY GO WITH THE STADIUM FROM THE FRANCHISE CHOSEN.

(3) How will divisions be decided?

FROM THE FRANCHISE DRAFT BASED ON LOTTERY.
