Round 3, League 9 - Live Draft Time - Late League!

the official tournament of SOM Baseball 20xx

I played around with the draft to see if I could get R. Johnson to reappear but no luck. I need someone to approve my drop of Bush (I picked him up a second time) and we will just know that my blank third round pick is in fact Randy Johnson.

Also the clock is in fact on, I tried to make a draft pick and was told its not my turn but that the clock had expired on Raider, redskin was up. Redskin needs to make a manual pick for the draft to start firing proxies again.

Thanks for the post Bbrool. It's disappointing that not only are some people not watching the board and making picks, but apparently they're not using the proxy system either. That holds up the entire draft process, which of course is not fair to those who want to move the process along.

I really don't want to cheat myself of the competition and fun of the draft by skipping people, but...I also don't want to take a month to complete the draft (36+ days is the pace we're on!)

CLOCK

Postby MonsterT » Sat Jul 21, 2007 7:01 pm

If the clock is "OFF" for the weekend (I assume Saturday 10 am until Monday 10 am) then should I turn my proxies "OFF?" Maybe that's what others have done?!

I left my proxies on. Just because the clock is off doesn't mean the draft has to be stopped. As for 10 AM I think the clock is suppose to be back on at either 8 or 9 AM EST.

The clock is suppose to stop Friday night at what ever time the clock is suppose to stop at night.

I just set up a bunch more proxies. Strange thing is I tried setting up proxies for ballparks and it wouldn't let me. Kept saying player id is invalid.

I currently have 14 proxies set up. 13 of them are round 0 with different group and priorities and 1 for now is round 18. Nothing like planning ahead.

[quote:6f1788cd03="Bbrool"]Ok I submitted the drop, I would also like it if Jake would come in and draft his replacement player, so one team doesn't get to far behind the rest.

I have no idea what is going on with the site for the double pick to occur, I do the entire draft via proxy pretty much.

I approved your drop so right now you have 2 players.

Still R. Johnson is not showing up though. :?

I accidently picked Wainwright instead of David Wright so if you could accept my drop that would be great!
