Ok I think I have figured out a solution. Although Randy Johnson isn't showing up on the lists, I thought there might be a chance that he was still in the system as available. So I went and found his ID number and sure enough I was allowed to set Randy Johnson as a proxy.

So unless Chong wanted G. Atkins as his next pick, please do not approve the Atkins drop. Randy Johson will fire as my proxy for this round, Atkins is in the orignal 3rd round slot and all will be good.

Unfortunately to get this draft corrected, I have made my next pick already G. Atkins. However, for me to get Randy Johnson on my roster correctly he has to fire as a proxy selection. The FA wire doesn't recognize Randy Johnson as being available, however I knew his FA number so was able to set him up as a proxy (doesn't work like that to just pick him).

Ok as I think about this to get this draft moving again, I am going to select Edgardo Alphonso with this pick. He is one of the worst cards in the set and will be used as the place holder for Randy Johnson. Garrett Atkins was inserted into my 3rd round selection slot already so I am good. Only problem is the sight won't have my salary updated correctly, but I track that fairly carefully on my end.

Bbrool - I approved the drop of Atkins before reading the thread. Don't know what that will do to your setup - sorry.

I was going to mention that we all know you have Randy, so you could just take some stiff as a placeholder. Guess you've figured that out. I would have used a cheap pitcher rather than Alfonzo, who I believe is actually Eliezier Alfonzo and not Edgardo. As if that matters :lol:

Ok looks like I get screwed nicely in this draft, but screw it at this point, since someone else has already drafted Atkins. Also I am pretty certain Ortiz was dropped and then selected again by someone in the 4th round and wasn't available when I was drafting last round, yet now I see he was drafted by Assmeriten in the 6th round so what is going on?!?!

Like I said I will just keep what I have at this point and live with it since this one doesn't count for me in the standings.

Yeah, I missed out on Ortiz too...he's pretty slippery for a big guy.

I also thought Ortiz had went again earlier. He was on my proxy list as number 2 left hand hitting firstbasman behind Monrneau. Right now Chong is aiagain on the clock and very close to being skipped again.

Also, how come Raiders dodn't have a 4th round pick? Was he skipped?

According to my records, Raiders picked Ortiz with the 41st pick. Then he must have dropped him for him to be picked up by Assmeriten.

Sorry Bbrool about Atkins - I saw him in the blank spot where Randy was supposed to be, then went and checked the drops and saw Atkins listed. So I approved. Then I thought to check the thread.
