So, if he was dropped did that automatically renew him as my proxy? Just all seems strange to me. Did anyone approve a second drop of him? I of course have no plans to drop him so if he somehow gets mysteriously droped, I didn't do it. I also see the clock is now off for tonight:

I haven't a clue what's going on either - you shouldn't have to drop anyone during a live draft except in case of a mistaken pick (like taking Adam Jones instead of Andruw Jones).

I agree. Redlarkins you should pick so that the proxies start again. Shouldn't the clock start on Redlarkins once time expires on Raiders?! and so on until someone picks??
In other words, the clock EXPIRED on Raiders at 10:10. Shouldn't the clock have been ticking for Redlarkins from 10:10 to 12:10 and then for Woods from 12:10 to 14:10, etc.??? From my reasoning, Woods should have every right to make his pick right now. The guys who get skipped can always just pick when they check in. And if you don't want to get skipped, then make out your proxies so the draft continues! OR checkin!!!

Unfortunately I don't think that is how the site is set up. I believe that at the moment only Raider or Redlarkin can make a pick to force this draft to move again.
While technically 4 hours is up, the site doesn't recognize it that way. In fact if Raider were to come in and make a pick, I believe it would give Redlarkin 2 hours from that time to make his next selection. I don't know Redlarkin's situation, but if he was someone that loads proxies and didn't have access during the day, we will basically sit here for hours because his picks won't fire automatically to skip Raider. Woods might try making a manual pick, maybe that would force proxies to fire, but i doubt it.

Yeah, I'm sure you're right. It would just show some consideration for your fellow managers, if you know you're not available to set up your proxies! I thought live drafting would be fun! Hopefully, this isn't the norm, because if it is, what a disappointment.

I share your frustration, MonsterT, as do most in these live-draft leagues, I'll bet.
Have any of these past leagues been able to get everyone to agree to get online together and do the draft in a day or two? Anyone heard of that happening?

i tried. no luck.
the administrator of the draft needs to set the draft to move past managers when their time lapses. I think it is a discrete setting.
Who is the admin for the draft? can someone tickle him to move the clock?
