Since it wasn't answered earlier...

If a player is only carded in 2002 is he eligible to be drafted?

there was never any mention of a player having to be carded for every year (just like there was no mention of 02 cards only, but no crying over spilled milk ;) :P )

But in issues of fairness, ie this being a keeper league, I will require the player to have at least 1 other year he plays.
