We still need a 1955 White Sox owner if Buster J Ratt has opted out. I'm not going to buy or load a team until we get confirmation that 12 owners are in.

I hope that he stays in for two reasons: (1) We need him and (2) he's a good guy and a solid owner.

First re: Free Agents, Yes Andy Shantz is fine, remember him well or you can draft anyone to reach the payroll minimum (release him after the autodraft) & add Stange post autodraft; whatever works for you.

As for '71 Bucs "genegrid" I just did copy/paste the 5 guys you listed next to '71 Pirates; I didn't see "MrCub's" separate list of 6 & it's cool.

So are we finally up n running, read to "lock n load"?

Finally, thought we were ready & I could at last formally "create" the league so all could load; everybody seems anxious. '55 ChiSox owner indicated he was staying & I second that motion.

I agree with Bob R., until it's clear we're all on the same page--and I thought we were full--no use $pending $25 & start loading if we don't have that 12th owner. My head is spinning. Thought we were ready to go.

I'm pretty sure we have all 12 - I'll leave a PM for Buster to confirm.

I've got my team ready to load and I'm in the west, so I'll check back throughout the night/weekend occasionally and get my team in when it's my turn.

Risden said he wasn't loading his team & paying $25 until we knew for sure about Buster. So here we are ready to load, have autodraft tonight in order to shout "Play Ball" & have Opening Day Monday to no avail.

Driving me crazy I know that. And Barry Bonds sits on # 4 5 4-- will he play or will he says his knees hurt too much? Cmon we need to load cant wait forever :!: I sent a PM & invitation to someone in midwest who likes the WhiteSox--minus Ozzie Guillen. Stay tuned. As soon as we can get verification of Buster, let's load the Eastern Division - Is the league ready to go? Do we have a league name ands password?

I have never seen a league like this load in less than one day and BobSchwartz is unavailable until Saturday anyway, so we should have it all loaded by the end of the weekend and start playing next week, August 13. Good luck to all.
