I like both ideas about trading and roster limits.

In keeping 20 players as a minimum, that still keeps with the idea of the franchise theme, and allowing trading makes it much more intersted.

In the other two-team league, it kind of gets boring after the draft, since all you can do is add/drop, while I see a lot of deals that could happen to help both teams.

I like a 20 player franchise roster floor, and trading.

We have gotten to a point where there are multiple options and managers now at a point where we are getting the my way or the highway. Therefore, I'm making the decision by using the thread as a whole to best compromise with the various options.

I will need to have you sign up again with this proposal and if by Wenesday at 5:00 pm we don't have the full 12 managers I assume we'll pass on the concept for now.


I think we could consider 2 options and play both so the sign up can be for both options or one of the options.

It would be helpful if you could also say no.


#1 - 1 team from the AL & 1 team from the NL
- No DH
- $100M budget
- $80 M cap
- 20 franchise players minimum
- 4 non franchise players maximum with free trades and/or free agents


#2 - Same as #1 but pure with no trades or free agents

Splinter and memphisjohn are out and LMBombers gave indication of being out but I've asked for confirmation.
