How about a $100 million league/$80 million roster where all owners must have their budget down to $90 M by 81 games and $80 Million by the roster cutoff? Everyone would have to turn their rosters over TWICE during the year. Any interest?

If I were this "Kriff" character I'd be pretty happy with all the attention I'm getting. 8)
