I'm banned from winnning beacuse of my state?

The origins are in the laws of the respective states which limit gambling. Once a prize is offered, especially cash then legally some states consider this to be gambling. Thus TSN has to have this discaimer. You may potentially run in to similar restrictions in those states on bingo and raffles. Bottom line this is not something TSN controls.
To be fair to TSN as the biomechanical man points out it is spelled out in the rules for prize winnings. And yes, you should always read all the print on anything whenever entering in to an agreement or making a purchase. :wink:
