Pengray, After this draft is over would you mind sharing some insights into what players have been going when in 80s live drafts or is that a state secret? I wouldn't blame you if you decide to keep it secret as you have put in the time and expertise to have the best (and only?) TSN SOM live draft site.

I want to lodge a formal complaint with the league commissioner. Yountfan has selected Fenway Park as his stadium. This is an egregious violation, as Yountfan doesn't like the Red Sox, he thinks Wade Boggs is gay, and he has no experience and no understanding of what it takes to win at Fenway Park (which means he has at least one thing in common with me :P )

And, up till last night, I was building my team to go into Fenway Park. YF, you should rescind your selection of Fenway Park.

The reason Yount broke the all time RBI record isn't because of YOUNT, it was because of LUCKY DICE and RICKEY HENDERSON -- neither of which you'll have on this team !!

Actually, I am very interested to see how you'll make out in a new stadium, YF. Good luck with it. If I can offer any advice during the season, shoot me a message.

Between YF in a new stadium and Sykes trying to win with pitching, this should be an exciting season !!!

Sogo you just took who I think is one of Sykes' favorite power hitters in Ken Phelps. He won't be very happy with you. I guess there is always Balboni, Kittle, Bo, etc.

Dave Smith

Postby Jablowmi » Tue Dec 13, 2005 8:04 am

Does anybody have any interest in Smith? I'm looking to clear some cap room - I would like certain $0.75ers (RP) and/or someone's next pick. Let me know.

YF, I'll take a look, but the guy I wanted (Henke) just went, so I'll likely hold on.

I just want to thank all of you guys for the lightning fast draft. This has been the quickest live draft I have participated in.

I am currently in a 1969 live draft that is only in the 3rd round after about 4-5 days.

Live drafts are a lot of fun but when people don't check in regularly or leave proxies it can be frustrating.

Who are some of the players that went too low or surprised you in how high they went in your opinion?
