13 for me, though I have a 100 mil league where my #5 (Bonderman) is 13-4 with 2 weeks to go.

I've had a #4 (4 man rotation) win 21 though (Peavy)

14 for me. Usually my #5's are duds and the bullpen picks up the decision.
