I think I am missing something here. Final play is a single in the top of the 7th inning and the innings ends. How did this happen?

0 2 A.Ramirez 1 Wild Pitch 2-3
SUBSTITUTE P - Duaner Sanchez
0 3 A.Ramirez 1 Home Run (LF) 3-H b-H bpHR 1-16
0 P.Konerko 3 Single (LF) b-1
0 1 J.Bay 6 Single (RF) 1-2 b-1
SUBSTITUTE P - Kiko Calero
0 12 B.Roberts 6 Strike Out b-0
1 12 E.Renteria 5 Strike Out b-0
2 12 R.Freel 2 Single (CF) 2-o 1-3 b-2 bpSI 1-10

The guy from the second base was cut at the plate by the throw of the CF. No need to protest.

Why the heck did Konerko try to scored from second base on a ball park single for any ways? What do you have your running set as?
