I understand now...we don't pick 4 teams right off the bat....it is one team per run through the 1-12 order, picking up where the last team picked, no?
I thought if you were first (with 41) as the number, person ranked #1 made his 4 selections (team 41, 43, 44, 46 for example) before anyone else picked any team...now I think I understand

Yes..1 team at a time so save the skips for wise choices...There is no clock for the 1st round then 3 hrs per pick during Monday through Friday 9am-midnight eastern...no clock on weekends... Serpentine draft 1-12 and then 12-1...The corners will get 3 hours in total for their picks...not 6 hours....
