Here's th rules...
1. 100M cap, DH and frenzy-- (this will allow you to get to your team quicker)
2. rank managers by lottery results 1-12 and then 12-1 serpentine
3. Each manager allowed a maxumum of 3 teams skips throughout the 4 round draft.

6. Divisions are from lottery rank East 1,4,7,10 Central 2,5,8,11 and West 3,6,9,12

38.Philadelphia Athletics, 1929 Shibe Park

40.Philadelphia Phillies, 1950* Shibe Park

43.Pittsburgh Pirates, 1971* Three Rivers Stadium
44.San Diego Padres, 1984 Jack Murphy Stadium
45.San Francisco Giants, 1962 Candlestick Park
46.St. Louis Cardinals, 1934 Sportsman's Park '34
47.St. Louis Cardinals, 1946* Sportsman's Park '46

49.St. Louis Cardinals, 1987* Busch Stadium '87
50.Toronto Blue Jays, 1985 Exhibition Stadium
51.Washington Senators, 1924 Griffith Stadium

We will start with the team which adds up to the total of the PICk 3 lottey result from the states of NEW YORK and NEW JERSEY...Example is if the lottery result for NEW YORK is 877 and NEW JERSEY is 254 then the total is 33... which is the NEW YORK YANKEES '27. Now the bonus is everyone gets the ability to skip up to 3 numbers in total throughout the draft so it can be all at once or one at a time...So given the example above, the manager ranked No 1 can skip team no. 33 and take no. 34 the NEW YORK YANKEES '39 (considered one skip), or no. 35 the NEW YORK YANKEES '56 (considered two skips) or no.36 the OAKLAND ATHLETICS '73 (considered 3 skips).....Every manager gets 3 skips in TOTAL for the entire draft.... Each manager will select 4 teams to draft their team. They must select a stadium for one of their 4 teams.......

No trades at any time, the 3 teams not selected are off limits for the entire season, and you can deal only with your teams throughout the season for changes...We will rank each manager by Pick 3 lottery results. If your state doesn't have a lottery on the given evening of selection, then I will use the last Pick 3 lottery result from your selected state. Divisions will be East (1,4,7,10) Central (2, 5, 8 11) and West (3,6,9,12)......

Questions which I don't see answered as of yet...what is the salary cap of the said team you create? Is there a DH??
Those factors might be important when selecting your team

This will really be a strategic draft, not only in who YOU draft, but in how you leave it for the team behind you to draft. Should make for some interesting decision making. :) Can't wait to see who sschu leaves me with for my first pick, although I have a pretty good guess.
