a couple of observations.
First we still have some NL players
Reslarkin- Patterson
Durrantjerry- Logan
Foggyone- Huff
As to the situation with Albert2b and Felix Hernandez,
It is my recollection that Hernandez was availible when I picked Ledezma in the 15th rd. It appears that he received 2 16th rd picks and he has in fact one additional player. If Prysenski was his first proxy then he should have to drop Hernandez. However, would he have drafted his last pick the same if he did not have Hernandez? Maybe the best solution would be for him to drop Hernandez. Then after the other teams correct their rosters, if he wishes to exchange his draft of Broussard, then he should be allowed to do so.
As for those who would like to claim Hernandez and would have drafted him, What domino effects would that have had throughout the rest of the draft? It was an unfortunate glitch. Just say "the Umpire made a bad call!" thats part of baseball.

looking further I see that there is indeed some strange time stamps. The question becomes, was Prysenski or Hernandez Albert2b's first proxy?

Oh, for goodness sakes, my errors in the early rounds has me at the biggest disadvantage of all. Who cares about some minor hoo-ha-has during the draft. The guys with NL players will have to put those players on their draft card and then replace them after the autodraft. I think that is fair.
The rest of the draft site wackiness seems pretty minor to me. Lets load our teams, get the autodraft rolling......and lets play ball!!!!

I have needs too! Maybe a trade can be arranged after waivers because I have Blake slated for "vs. lefties only" part-time duty!!

I inadvertently muddied the waters with my comments about [i:0223b557ad]Hernandez[/i:0223b557ad]. All I was trying to say was that I simply remember following him, and noticing when he was selected in the later rounds. I do not recall at the time that [b:0223b557ad]Albert[/b:0223b557ad] had received back to back picks. I feel like I would have noticed the computer error right there, but I may have missed it. And I was not implying I should have had a crack at him (sorry if that was how anybody read it), just that I [i:0223b557ad]noticed[/i:0223b557ad] his selection.

I [i:0223b557ad]think[/i:0223b557ad] I remember the order of the picks, but lets leave it for [b:0223b557ad]Albert[/b:0223b557ad] to say for sure. If the computer gave him 19 picks, that's not his fault either and he shouldn't have to drop a player he feels in good conscience he selected fairly. I'd let him put all 19 on the draft card and go from there.

But the best person to ask in this situation is [b:0223b557ad]Albert2B[/b:0223b557ad].

Hey guys,

Just checking in now. Wow, looks like a lot has transpired.

First of all, yes, it looks like I had two proxies shoot off at once. Not sure how that happened, but apparently, that's exactly what transpired. I usually don't bother checking the total draft list when I go to the draft site; I just check my picks and my proxies. I'm sorry I didn't catch this sooner. I thought my total salary were already low with 19 players; now I REALLY wish I splurged a little more in the earlier rounds :(

I really don't recall which order I placed Felix and Pierzynski on my proxy list. If another manager who put Felix on their list and failed to get him because of my "double pick," then please sort out who has the rights to him and I will leave him off my draft list. Otherwise, I will cut Pierzynski.

LMK what to do and sorry again for the mixup.

This is really up to you personally, not the rest of us, unless [b:466794c1a8]Commissioner Tee[/b:466794c1a8] has a take. Do what you think is right. If you drop him, [b:466794c1a8]John[/b:466794c1a8] made the public claim on him and should be able to take him.

When do we fill out our draft cards. What has been decided about Herandez? Am I allowed to put him on my draft card?

Interesting how Ross wants to make his team a fliller but Kev hasn't said the same thing for his team that got burned a lot more than Ross team did.
