Also, Looking to get rid of Wilson Alvarez. Who would be the best fit for my team here?

You have a Wrigley, a Fenway and a Shea in your division. That stinks because you've got 2 RH parks and 1 LH.

Id probably dump Alvarez for Duchs. Hell eat up innings. Konerko you may find useful against the Wrigley and Fenway opponents. I wouldn't platoon Kotchman-he sucks.
