You'll notice I didn't list three, I'm not in favor of anything that doesn't either re randomize the order or use our records.

I am tempted to hold off voting since it would be cool to end it in a tie (just to see what your dog would vote! ;))

But in lieu of that, [b:6e62d3832a]I vote for #3[/b:6e62d3832a] -- since SOM screwed up the Stadiums who knows where that will leave us in the future. :?

My point being, that the reward of picking earlier in the Stadium draft isn't so much a nugget for the guy who picks 12th in this draft.

My vote on prospect draft is that we do it immediately following the 40-man draft & also randomized. Reason being is that we have a lot of data on which rookies have had an impact in 2007, so I don't think it's reasonable to give anyone an advantage when the cards for next year are pretty much known, follow me?

In other words, for teams that want to play for next year/the future & not so much this year (and there will be some) if we do it of reverse order of standings, it gives them a HUGE advantage if we assume they'll be at or close to the bottom of the standings after our 1st 2-3 seasons are played.

I also think it's important to do the prospect draft BEFORE the cards actually come out for next year, we need to keep some element of risk in a prospect draft even though the stats are there.

Sorry long-winded, but the above is due to KD's ruling (an understandable one given draft site limitations) that only carded players were eligible for this draft. In my mind that changed a lot of things in terms of how to approach the prospect draft....

BTW, this is W A Y off topic, but seeming as we have an active bunch here,

I just had my 40th B-day (9/11) and my wife got my a new iPod Nano v3, it is the COOLEST little thing I think I've ever owned, I'm having a blast with it. If you are on the fence about getting an iPod, I can't recommend it enough.
Of course you all probably have already owned one for years but what the hell...

I have had the 60GB Video iPod for over a yera now and LOVE it, but I DID think that little iPod nan0 looked way cool.

Questions:

How big is the screen?
How long does the battery last?
What size is the hard drive.

My 60GB last 16 hours on music and 3 straight hours on video.

C'mon ya guys, relaxed and groovy, I had no problems waiting for the pick(s) before me, its just the second pick of a keeper league and pretty much everyone I had targeted had vanished I just wanted to hand pick my #2 before my proxies were turned all that is all. :roll:

I always draft almost entirely through proxies, to be told off for a lousy 29 minutes aint cool in C2 town.
