Any interest in this?

To way oversimplify this: everyone in the league adds a theme so that you end up drafting with 12 different themes(all in one league :shock: ). There is always some negotiation as to whether themes work together and whether some are excessive. Also might modify it at the start to narrow the options a bit. At this point just looking to gauge interest.

That has some potential. I was thinking of a more negotiated set of themes than the draft style of the last one(although there was still plenty of negotiating). I thought the last one was a bit too restrictive(bullpen was about the only place with any flexibility). I like platoons but would somehow like more flexibility to shift by stadium also etc.

I did one of these in Football a couple of years ago, and it was al ot fun trying to put together a competitive team.

In ways I like this theme but it has gotten too restrictive in the past for my taste. I would be interested in seeing some of the restrictions in place before I throw my hat in the ring.

2. Rest to be determined.

The 12 "themes" we use will be negotiated by those expressing an interest. If at anytime you choose to leave, you may do so. Once all 12 themes have been hashed out, everyone will be given the opportunity to stay or go. I anticipate some gnashing of teeth but hope we can do it pleasantly and eventually come up with a good theme. Sign up with a theme or a note that you intend to post one later and let the negotiations begin:

2 Wockenfuss (FoggyOne) - must play no better than a "3" at 2b, ss AND cf at all times (i.e., no players on roster with a fielding rating lower than "3" so as to prevent good fielding injury replacements and defensive replacments")

2 Wockenfuss (FoggyOne) - must play no better than a "3" at 2b, ss AND cf at all times (i.e., no players on roster with a fielding rating lower than "3" so as to prevent good fielding injury replacements and defensive replacments")

3 He's Meat....must carry atleast one * pitcher of two million dollars or less, and he must pitch every fourth day. ( I believe there are 15 such suspects)
