stadium draft

Not sure if this idea has ever been mentioned but something I'd like to see for next year is a stadium draft, so there would not be any duplicate stadiums in a league.

first you draft your stadium, pick 12 stadiums in the order that you want them(would be like waiver draft), once you find out what stadium you have then, pick your players.

I think this would make for more interesting leagues than when you have a twelve team league and half of it is playing in SHEA or PETCO.

You should join a live draft and this will happen. One round of the draft is for a stadium. Look for live draft posts on this message board or start one up yourself!

So long as you know your stadium before the auto draft runs! I saw a posting here once that described the groundrules for a private league as involving a live draft where the FINAL round was the exclusive ballpark selection. Imagine drafting your perfect Shea team and winding up with an evenly balanced park or something...it would be nice to have this option at sign up to an autrodraft team on TSN.

exactly, first you draft your stadium, then once you find out what stadium you have then you draft your team. 12 teams could be perfectly built for their stadium it would make for a very interesting league. Also have you not ever built your team and wished you could have changed stadiums cause 2or3 guys have the same stadium and took the guys you wanted.

12 stadiums 1 league, it's the wave of the future.
